At Better Buy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase—because let’s face it, nobody likes a buyer’s remorse moment. If you need to return something, here’s the process:
- Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. (We get it, life happens, but no one wants a used drone back in the box.)
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. (Hopefully sooner, but no promises—we’re busy, too.)
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, like gift cards, software downloads, and final sale items, can’t be returned.
- How to Return: Simply reach out to returns@betterbuy.com, or visit one of our locations to initiate your return. (Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it.)
📌 Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with pictures, and we’ll get things sorted out ASAP! (We’ll even apologize for the inconvenience, just to be polite.)
